Received gift certificate for a massage with Vernon after completing a big trail race. So glad I did, it was a great part of my recovery week. Vernon was caring and attentive. His room is very peaceful with a heated massage table, which was a nice touch. He asked questions before we started to make sure he knew where I was experiencing tightness and what my comfort level was. He checked in frequently during the massage to make sure the pressure was good. He also incorporated some deep stretches which helped with some post race tightness in my legs. Will definitely recommend Vernon to others and will be returning in the future.

I highly recommend going to Fluid Bodywork for your massage therapy needs! After my massage, I had so much less pain. The massage/stretching was great, Vernon is professional and very knowledgeable. This was my first time getting a professional massage, and Vernon made me feel comfortable. Awesome overall experience!

The best massage I’ve ever received! Beautiful atmosphere. Vernon made me feel comfortable and empowered the whole time. I went in with muscle tension and came out with no tension, feeling physically lighter. Vernon is very knowledgeable about muscles and the body’s composition and mechanisms, he’s very talented and caring. He made a point to check in with me throughout the session to make sure he was applying the correct pressure and addressing my areas of concern. It was nice to be cared for in this way. I feel so fortunate to have met Vernon! I know his massages with be a great addition to my fitness journey and aiding with muscle recovery. I feel aligned. I have found my Masseur for life. Vernon was absolutely amazing and I can clasp my arms over my shoulders and head, impossible pre-Vernon. Every muscle group is functioning freely and I got waaaay more than what I paid for, assuredly! Fluid Bodywork is IN same building as Serendipity!
