I went in with muscle tension and came out with no tension, feeling physically lighter. Vernon is very knowledgeable about muscles and the body’s composition and mechanisms, he’s very talented and caring. He made a point to check in with me throughout the session to make sure he was applying the correct pressure and addressing my areas of concern. It was nice to be cared for in this way. I have found my Masseur for life. Vernon was absolutely amazing and I can clasp my arms over my shoulders and head, impossible pre-Vernon. Every muscle group is functioning freely and I got waaaay more than what I paid for, assuredly! Fluid Bodywork is IN same building as Serendipity!
